Physician Worklist
The radiologist can view all the appointments scheduled for the day and their status on one screen. He can manage all the activities like wet read, dictation, transcription, faxing etc., on the same screen.
Document Editing and Management
When dictation is completed by the physician, the voice file is sent to the transcription company.
After transcribing, the document is uploaded to the patient’s chart using the browse icon.
The document is verified by the physician for its appropriateness. If there are any minor changes, the doctor can use online editing of the transcribed document to correct and save the file. It minimizes the need to send document to transcriptionist and get it corrected.
Faxing
It facilitates the practice not only to fax the reports to referral physicians, but also maintains the log of each faxing event whether it successful or not.
The fax log can also be printed in support of your pertinent actions.
